The sandals can be replaced as follows. If your sandals did not fit, or you decided on a different color, send us the sandals back and then place a new order for the pieces you want. When we receive a package from you, we will return the money to you according to the method of payment you have chosen within 14 days of receiving the package.

Yes, you can return the sandals to us within 14 days without giving a reason.

Please pack your sandals carefully so that they are not damaged on the way to us. Be sure to include the invoice (we sent it to you by e-mail) and the return form, which you can find here. Don't forget to fill in all the fields carefully - especially the reason for the return and the account where we can send you the money back.

Please do not send cash on delivery, we will not accept such a package. The cost of the return is borne by the customer, i.e. by you. The sandals must be undamaged, tested only in the interior and in the original packaging - i.e. in a bag with all tags and stickers.

Inform us about the complaint as soon as possible after finding out the defect by sending a form to our e-mail: info@wearjuuri.sk. The sandals must also be sent back with the invoice and the complaint form, which you will find here.

No, unfortunately we do not send cash on delivery.

For each product, there is a table with the length and width for each number. We recommend adding 5-6 mm to your measured length and choose the size accordingly. The sandals will fit you better and your fingers will be in the sewn part. For example, if your foot is 266 mm long, the sandals with a length of 271 mm - size 41 - would be suitable for you.

Place the paper on the floor at the wall. Stand on it - with your heels against the wall - and draw the front part of the foot. Measure the drawn feet. When choosing, focus on the foot that is longer. (Sometimes the difference in the measured value is even 0.5 cm.) Add about 5 mm and choose the size of the sandals accordingly.

For the sandals we used certified leather from a leading manufacturer from Germany and quality thermoplastic rubber from a Spanish manufacturer. The loops come from the workshop of a Slovak manufacturer.

Sandals are made in central Slovakia.
